Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please make contact within one week of receipt so that something can be worked out. Refunds and replacements are given upon the satisfactory return of the original item(s) within three weeks, minus shipping fees. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
All growing recommendations made for seed germination are compiled from recognized botanical and horticultural sources. Please note these directions before growing, and follow them carefully. Should a germination problem arise, please notify us within one year of purchase. Refunds and exchanges will be granted if a germination problem has been brought to our attention by customers, and if we have noticed it ourselves here in the garden since we grow the same seeds ourselves.
