Ipomoea purpurea 'Carnevale di Venezia' Seeds (Morning glory 'Carnival of Venice')

$ 2.00

This vigorous, fast growing vine will cover any wall or fence (so long as it's in the full sun) in no time. Its unique flowers are striped and the mix can contain flowers that are white with pink, lilac, or even blue although usually they seem to be pink and violet. I cannot say for certain that it reminds me of Venice, but it sure is festive.

Once these vines get going they'll repeatedly bloom. The vines will continue to grow and spread until cold hits. They do set seeds and this is the reason they can become invasive and spread but I keep my eye on mine and pluck seeds off as they form. Please be careful though and before planting them be sure to check to see if they're considered a noxious weed in your area.

This vine is attractive to pollinators but remember that its seeds are poisonous if ingested.

Germination instructions are included with your seeds. These are easy to grow. (about 50 seeds)
