Fall is Around the Corner…

Columnea schiedeana in the garden this week. Am hoping for lots of berries and seeds this season.

Columnea schiedeana in the garden this weekend being photobombed by my Columnea sanguinea. I’m hoping for lots of berries and seeds this season since the plant is covered in blooms. We shall see…

It’s almost time to launch this site and let folks know that I’m back at it again. While I wish I’d grown more plants for seeds this summer, I didn’t, so I’ll have a limited number of offerings, but there should be some good stuff worth sowing and growing.

As always, if you have some special seeds to share with me, to make available to others here, I’d love that. No pressure though.

Profits from this effort go towards paying for trips to conventions and other plant nerd weekends in the wild. This was a true labor of love the last time with the amount of labor it takes to collect, clean, store, package, and ship, but I love starting plants from seeds so much I want to share this fun with others. I also love being able to attend events to learn more.

If you have fresh seeds to send me, you can email me at: ficurinia@gmail.com
