I first noticed this plant as a girl at the Oregon Coast. Commonly seen blowing in the seaside grass, it's found in many other wild locales as well. As a matter of fact, it's seen growing wild all over North America!

These plants prefers dry and sunny locations and can withstand freezing. The plants are dioecious which means plants are either male or female. This promotes cross-pollination and reduces self-fertilization.

Pollinators are attracted to this plant and its dried blooms are lovely. Makes for a great dried everlasting flower.

Germination instructions are included with your seeds. (about 75 seeds)
