Ophiopogon planiscapus 'nigrescens'—Black Mondo Grass Seeds

Nothing is as wonderful as the contrast provided by a grass that is naturally black. It is the perfect backdrop to any number of plants. I first saw it in magazine in a display from the Chelsea Garden Show some years back planted with deep red roses. It was stunning. In our garden, it is planted in a variety of locations.

Upon arrival, plant seeds as soon as possible to ensure that the highest germination rate can be achieved.

Germination instructions are included with your seeds. Remember that roughly 75% of the germinated seed will be black and the other 25% will be green. (about 30 seeds)
