Rhodochiton atrosanguineus—Purple Bell Vine Seeds

$4.25
Native to Mexico, Rhodochiton is a climber with twining stems. Usually grown as an annual in most of the US, in only the warmest of areas, it might be able to survive as a perennial—as it does in its native range. In cultivation since 1836, it's a been a rewarding and reliable garden addition for generations.

Its flowers are unique. First there is the large light purple bell and then hanging from inside of it there's a longer, tubular corolla that's dark purple, almost black. These blooms are striking. (I must note that many of these dark purple corollas are missing in the image above because they'd already fallen off of the blooms on these plants.)

Germination instructions are included with your seeds. (about 12 seeds)
